Russian activist and Nobel laurate Alexander Sochenitzyn once apparently said about his confinement in a Siberian prison camp after his release, "...Thank you, prison, for having been in my life." But it's hard to be able to say that when EVERYTHING in your life seems to be collapsing around you.

I might have not personally went through an actual harsh Siberian winter physically, but I can at least say that at one time I actually went through my own sort of emotional Siberian prison camp. Before I finally was able to leave that camp, just about most of the things I personally desired and cherished got either left behind and/or lost entirely to the unforgiving Siberian emotional climate I was in.

But I can tell you from personal experience that just as I survived my own Siberia, SO YOU TOO CAN SURVIVE YOURS! Granted, it will require you to do a few things that in the natural seem distasteful. But to the loving, faithful God I serve, they are absolutely critical and essential to pursue in order to have the abundant, overcoming life you desire.

Years ago, the Lord had me to write a special Bible study curriculum called "A Message From Siberia" especially designed to give folks facing traumatic personal situations (in particular--currently incarcerated offenders, ex-offenders, and those directly impacted in some way by either domestic violence and/or sexual assault) hope from God's Word that will help them overcome their challenges and live the victorious, overcoming life through Jesus/Yeshua that He wants them to live in the first place.

Those who read "Siberia" will hopefully gain a few new spiritual tools to their spiritual armor that will enable them to be the child of God they are supposed to be for Him instead of a victim forever mired in the mud. The land of spiritual Siberia can be a very harsh land for those forced to travel within it--especially for those going through recovery of some kind. But I attempt to lead those going through it through a walking tour of this unforgiving land and leaves a message of the ultimate hope that lies in the Lord Jesus Christ/Y'shua Ha'Meshiach.
